As a Board Member at EPA, I oversee strategic direction, financial oversight, and investment strategies, ensuring long-term business sustainability. My expertise spans AI integration, succession planning, and stakeholder management, making me a trusted leader in business transformation.
Previously, as Country Lead at Amazon, I managed multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, legal, and product development, spearheading market expansion and optimising business processes to reduce costs. My leadership is grounded in data-driven decision-making, executive negotiation, and financial strategy, allowing me to cultivate strong C-level partnerships and drive impactful business outcomes.
Beyond boardroom leadership, I actively contribute to family business governance as the President of the Family Business Committee at EPA & Öztan, where I implement succession planning frameworks, wealth management strategies, and governance policies to secure long-term legacy.
I am a member of KAGIDER (Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey) and hold an MBA from IMD Switzerland, a Law degree from Aberdeen University, and an Artificial Intelligence Certification from Oxford University.
